Any advice for pain relief. I’m taking pain meds and using heat but they don’t even reduce the pain

Put pillows behind your back , change the position your sitting in, make sure you have a comfortable chair

you’re probably holding your baby wrong. make sure you are bringing baby to breast, not the other way around. have you tried a boppy? those are AWESOME. try a different hold, too.

It’s probably a posture issue. Make sure your baby is well-supported whey you’re nursing, and don’t be afraid to use multiple pillows and props to get more comfortable. A prop under your feet might help, too.

Try different positions while nursing. The football hold might help you shift the strain on your back, or nursing while lying down might help. You’ll have to experiment to figure out what works for you.
