How can i get rid of this horrible middle back pain please read below?

im 17 have spina bifida and havent been able to out of bed for 2 days and if i do pain just gets worse already know i have tethered cord but dont have surgery till july 15th please help! thanks in advance btw in case your wondering what im still doing up its keeping me from sleeping as well:(
Call your doctor and let him or her know that the pain has increased to the point that you can’t get out of bed and it is keeping you awake at night. The doctor may be able to prescribe pain meds for you until your surgery, or maybe even change the date of the surgery.
You need to call your neurosurgeon ASAP!
