Also I am starting to have constipation which I NEVER get. The doctors have no idea what’s wrong. I’m tired of of emergency room trips and no help. I have been twice in 3 weeks. The back pain lasted for almost three weeks and now it’s all in the side. Anyone else ever experience this?

It hurts when I lay on my back or stomach and then I get up and move. ecspecially when I arch my back. The pain is mainly in my middle back (where the epidural was at) It’s like a shooting pain through my back. And it gives me a shortness of breath. I have been to a chiropractor in between the 2 pregnancies. My back was out of allignment but it didn’t help with the sharpness of pain and shortness of breath.

I am only 5 weeks pregnant but my upper back has been killing me for the last two days. With my first pregnancy, I didn’t have any pain until the end when I was huge. With this one, my back just hurts. Anyone else experience this? Do you know what it is from?

I will ask the doc but I don’t see her until Apr 30th.

I have middle back pain which is not spine related because i can only feel it on the muscle area.

The only changes I’ve made are sleeping on a six inch mattress while i was in the czech republic this weekend. However this hasn’t caused pain like this before.

Could it be due to the bet I made with a friend that I could hold my breath for a one minute and thirty seconds? Could that extended stress on my body be the cause?

A few days ago my upper back started hurting when i was holding my cousin. It continued to hurt the next day but eventually started to feel better. Then when I was helping my dad with things outside, i was bending down a lot and now it’s hurting again. Anyone know what this is or how i can treat it?

I have been experiencing lower back pain lately. It feels as if I have been bending over the computer for too long but I really don’t go on too much or for too long. Also, it is starting to creep up to my middle back. When I’m standing, I can really feel it in my middle back. I don’t even know how to explain it. Just like I’ve been sitting in the same position bent over a computer for so long. It doesn’t need to be cracked though. What could be causing this? How can I deal with is?

I have had this for the past 4 days and it effects the left side of my neck and upper back. I can’t put my chin to my chest and it makes my left chest muscles twitch and tingle painfully when I point my chin upward. What is it?

I know I’ve been under some stress, but really, how much does that have to do with it?

Should I see a doctor?

im 36 weeks 4 days, at my last appt i was dilated 1 50% effaced -1 and im now having some killer back pain right under my ribs more so on the right side, and last night i was having some cramping in my lower belly…but this back pain is constant could this be labor or prep for labor?

I started with a cold/cough about a month ago. About 2 weeks ago, the cough was still going and my chest wall and muscles were hurting pretty bad. I went to a doc who told me it was just from all of the coughing. Since then, the cough is still here, and now in addition my upper back is hurting a lot when I cough. Should I go back to the doc?

It’s not lower back pain or upper back pain. It’s in the very middle, maybe a couple of inches above my waistline. The pain started about half an hour ago. What could be causing such a pain?
